Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications :
1) Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the textile and fashion sector or a similar environment.
2) Skills : Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to solve problems autonomously and proactively.
3) Aptitudes : Reliability, creativity, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
4) Digital Tools : Knowledge of management tools such as Shopify and RCO (a plus).
5) Industry Knowledge : An understanding of trends and processes within the textile and fashion industry is a plus.
