We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Sales Representative in order to keep up with the demands of our client. Your main focus as a Customer Service Sales Representative will be to connect with our clients audience in order to promote their brand, products and services and leave a lasting impression. Experience has taught us that by creating live campaigns to establish face-to-face connections with the buyers produces the most impressive results. Our managers and staff will begin training immediately with the new hire, in order to ensure they understand their position thoroughly. Responsibilities : Drive brand awareness through live campaigns, interacting with customers to promote comprehensive knowledge of our clients' products Attend daily meetings to understand and stay current on all things related to the products, services and pricing offered by our clients Manage end-to-end all sales, customer service and client relations tasks Build a rapport with customers to ensure you can offer them the most personalized service solution Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers Define a strong brand image for our clients ultimately resulting in achieving sales targets to ensure our clients’ success Undergo comprehensive training to enhance your communication and promotional sales skills when interacting with customers Represent our client with enthusiasm and knowledge to create a positive and memorable brand experience What You’ll Get : Participate in comprehensive industry training to sharpen your sales skills.
