Provide insurance quotes to clients, clearly explaining what is covered and the terms and conditions. Close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities and interactions with clients. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, product details, and competitors to effectively promote our offerings. Qualifications : Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Excellent communication and people skills. Strong ability to persuade and negotiate. Capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Ability to simplify and explain complex insurance concepts clearly. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
