As a Commercial Account Manager (Large Commercial), you will operate at the forefront of complex commercial insurance - partnering with sophisticated clients and senior insurer stakeholders. You’ll work in lockstep with elite broking teams, administration, and Producers to deliver a white-glove client experience, serving as the trusted, go-to for your clients.

What you will bring to the role –
- Level 3 General Insurance License is required.
- 5+ years of client-facing commercial insurance experience, with direct responsibility for large, complex commercial accounts (e.g., multi-line, US exposure, layered programs, complex property/liability, high-premium or multi-location risks).
- Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients, including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities.
- Confident, polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts
- Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required
