Job descriptionLevel 1 broker license You have proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or a similar role within the insurance industry You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions You're an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills You can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers 55,000 – $65,000 base salary depending on relevant experience + performance bonus and commission on new business Health benefit plan, paid vacation Education support Continuous professional growth and advancement within the company
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments through in-depth research on insurance policies and providers
- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with insurance providers on behalf of clients in a creative and innovative manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
- Maintain accurate records of clients' insurance policies and information in a user-friendly, digital format
