- Classroom teaching emphasizing student skill level, personality, knowledge difference to maximize their learning outcome by using your strategies, skills, teaching theories to mobilize student's motivation to study;
- Organizational teamwork in PYP curriculum, syllabus, assessment, school card report, unit plan meetings, school events;
- Outcome assessment in student class interaction, homework, school report, project completion, teamwork, challenge overcome, target attaining, etc.;
