Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, IT et autres parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins et fournir des solutions efficaces. Fournir des conseils techniques et un soutien aux membres de l'équipe. Se tenir à jour des dernières tendances et technologies dans le paysage MarTech. Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques. Diplôme en informatique, technologie de l'information, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Expérience avérée en tant qu'architecte de solutions MarTech ou dans un rôle similaire (7-10). Solide compréhension des processus de transfert de données et de l'analyse du ROI. Maîtrise de HubSpot, Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, DocuSign, Zoom, Zapier, MuleSoft et Adobe CDPs. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail. Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration. Expérience en analyse de données marketing et plateformes de données clients (CDPs). Connaissance de l'automatisation du marketing et de la gestion de campagnes. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais. Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec. Design and implement marketing technology solutions that align with business goals. Ensure seamless integration of tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, DocuSign, Zoom, Zapier, MuleSoft, and Adobe CDPs. Oversee data transfer processes and ensure data integrity across platforms. Utilize data to analyze ROI and optimize marketing strategies. Set up and administer marketing technology platforms. Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between various systems. Work closely with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech landscape. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a MarTech Solution Architect or similar role (7-10 yrs). Strong understanding of data transfer processes and ROI analysis. Proficiency in HubSpot, Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, DocuSign, Zoom, Zapier, MuleSoft, and Adobe CDPs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with marketing data analysis and customer data platforms (CDPs). Knowledge of marketing automation and campaign management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadliness Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
