- Background in outdoor motorsports industry an asset
- Strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience working in a corporate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
- Supervise and develop a team, including warranty and technical support staff.
- Oversee the setup and management of technical training for all products, including creating tutorials and training materials.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related OEM industries.
