Job description

Are you a Service Manager looking for career growth and a salary of $90,000 to $110,000 / year? Have a background in OEM, leadership, and troubleshooting? We have a career opportunity for you, locally in Barrie!

  • 90,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Background in outdoor motorsports industry an asset
  • Strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience working in a corporate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • Supervise and develop a team, including warranty and technical support staff.
  • Oversee the setup and management of technical training for all products, including creating tutorials and training materials.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related OEM industries.

  • Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop a team, including warranty and technical support staff.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a junior team, ensuring consistent growth and excellence.
  • Oversee the setup and management of technical training for all products, including creating tutorials and training materials.
  • Support with technical troubleshooting via phone and email.
  • Establish and manage customer service systems and processes to deliver outstanding results.
  • Handle escalated customer service cases and ensure resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to enhance their service operations and grow parts and service businesses.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related OEM industries.
  • Proven experience managing technical and customer service teams in a corporate setting.
  • Strong technical understanding of engines and related systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; bilingualism is an asset.
  • Degree or diploma in a technical or business program is an asset, or related experience.
