Our client in Brampton, ON is a leading supplier of plastic packaging solutions and are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Press and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in Brampton, ON.

As a Pre-Press and Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and the preparation of print-ready files for production. You will work closely with our sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare print-ready files for production using Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, including pricing, shipping, and invoicing information
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Assist with quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the pre-press process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow
