What you’ll do :
Reporting to the Deli Manager, the Deli Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand :
- Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s policies and procedures and participating in the Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety.
- Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.
- Production, packaging, and merchandising of product.
- Food preparation as needed.
- Accurate ordering and receiving of product.
- Ensure high levels of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations.
- Team Members will work in all areas of the assigned department.
- Other projects and assignments as required.
This position requires the use of equipment, as well as frequent heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted).

This is a part-time position, the successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends for approximately 12-20 hours per week.
