Administrative StaffingHalifax, NSOur client, a crown corporation with the Province of Nova Scotia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the executive team and CEO in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
This is a contract opportunity with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate, and is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
Key Responsibilities for the Job :
- Manage and coordination the CEO's electronic calendar
- Manage and track all correspondence to the Executive Office
- Preparing professional correspondence
- Ensuring appropriate signatures and signoffs as needed
- Liaise with units and team members across the agency
- General record tracking and filing
- Other administrative duties as needed
