With direction from the Manager Pension Administration, the Pension Analyst responds to advanced pension administration enquiries and transactions which are complex or non-standard.Your key activities will include : Processing and completing transaction activities in accordance with established service standards, procedures, and policies.Providing research, analysis, interpretation, and recommendations on a variety of cases.Reviewing and making proposed recommendations to an appropriate decision maker for action on disputed case files.Ensuring consistency of application, validity and financial accuracy of related documentation.Responding to enquiries and requests from employers and plan members, former members, and retired members.Peer reviewing and verifying standard, usual cases processed.Supporting system updates and identifying opportunities to streamline processes by making improvements to pension administration.What you'll bring to the role : The completion of a college or university related program, supplemented by 5 years of pension administration experience. Equivalencies will be considered.Strong interpersonal skills and client care excellence to meet established service levels, prioritize urgent work and communicate with plan members, employers and other key stakeholders with sensitivity and tact.Completion of a benefits designation such as CEBS or GBA is preferred.Salary Range : $63,700 - $88,900Applications Deadline : February 16th, 2025Provident10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes and celebrates the differences that every individual brings.
