What the Role Entails :
Collaborates with Group Benefits Advisor(s) to meet and exceed sales and service goalsAnalyzes group benefit renewals delivered from the insurance company by examining the claims experienceNegotiates the renewal ratesRecommends plan design changes, where appropriateMarketing of new group benefits, remarketing of existing group benefits plans, and preparing all necessary documentation for the proposal processCompiles the request to quote data and submits marketing proposal to selected insurers, analyses quotes, and recommend the short list for the advisorPrepares the renewal reports / new proposal for client presentation by AdvisorImplements all New Business ensuring a smooth Client experienceAssists Clients with queries pertaining to claims, new enrolments, terminations, etc.Works in conjunction with the inside Customer Service team to reviews mid-point loss ratio results for reporting to clientMaintains strong relationship with insurer partnersThe Successful candidate will have :
