The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in the development of modern, integrated care environments that support clinical transformation, innovation, and long-term growth. This role involves working closely with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to lead complex redevelopment initiatives and an integrated master planning approach. The AVP will also be tasked with translating strategic priorities into infrastructure, leading Ministry submissions, and building trusted partnerships with government, municipal leaders, and the community. Applicants for the AVP position should have a significant record of accomplishment in capital planning and large-scale project execution, preferably in a complex healthcare environment. The role requires an individual with a demonstrated ability to manage large projects, engage stakeholders, and meet key milestones. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a relationship builder, and will have a strong background in change management and promoting collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is an asset. The AVP will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in the region, ensuring that the expansion plan aligns with the company's strategic vision and meets the evolving needs of the community.
