We are recruiting for a dynamic Corporate Receptionist for our professional services client in Downtown, where you'll become the face of the organization. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, professional setting that values exceptional communication, customer service, and administrative expertise.What You'll Do : - Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting and guiding visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth mail and courier operations.- Maintain a polished and professional office environment, making sure the reception area and meeting rooms are always immaculate and well-organized.- Oversee office supply procurement, ensuring everything from stationery to office equipment is always stocked and ready for use.- Keep common areas like kitchens and meeting rooms neat, organized, and fully stocked, managing catering setups for meetings.- Assist in setting up workstations, IT access, and other essentials for new employees during onboarding.- Provide vital administrative support to senior management and the administrative team.- Step in to cover absences when needed to ensure seamless operations.What We're Looking For : - 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or a front-of-house role.- A post-secondary education.- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- A positive, professional attitude with a love for working onsite, Monday through Friday.- Flexibility to work varying hours for coverage needs.
