L’équipe Talent et Culture de Browns Shoes est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire, Communications corporatives, responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication interne favorisant la transparence, l’alignement et la culture au sein de l’organisation. Ce rôle soutient les communications de la direction, la gestion du changement et les moments clés du parcours employé.

Responsabilités clés

Mettre en place la fonction stratégique de communication au sein de l’équipe Talent et Culture, en introduisant de nouvelles capacités afin de soutenir l’alignement, la compréhension des employés et l’engagement autour des priorités d’affaires et des initiatives de transformation.

Élaborer et déployer une feuille de route visant à soutenir l’alignement interne avec les objectifs stratégiques, les résultats de performance, l’évolution de la culture et le changement organisationnel.

Diriger les communications internes afin de mobiliser les employés et de renforcer la culture, les valeurs et les priorités stratégiques.

Collaborer avec la vice-présidente, Talent et Culture, pour soutenir la gestion du changement, les communications de la direction et les initiatives d’engagement des employés.

Superviser les messages internes par le biais d’événements corporatifs, de présentations exécutives, de contenu intranet et de campagnes internes.

Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès de la haute direction, en élaborant et en structurant des messages organisationnels clés et en permettant aux leaders de communiquer avec clarté, cohérence et impact.

Diriger la création et l’optimisation d’outils, de canaux et de contenus de communication à fort impact, adaptés à des publics variés au siège social, dans les magasins et au centre de distribution.

Superviser le développement des communications internes, incluant la gouvernance, la planification, l’évaluation et les mécanismes d’amélioration continue.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’acquisition de talents, expérience employée, et soutien au détail, afin d’aligner le message de la marque employeur et d’assurer un narratif cohérent à tous les points de contact employés.

Bâtir et diriger une petite équipe de communications en favorisant l’agilité, la créativité et l’excellence dans l’exécution.

Expérience

Expérience solide en communications internes et en expérience employé.

Expérience démontrée de collaboration avec des cadres supérieurs et des équipes de direction.

Expérience dans le soutien d’initiatives RH et / ou de transformation organisationnelle.

Expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail et dans des environnements multi-sites.

Qualifications

Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience progressive en communications corporatives.

Baccalauréat en communications, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

Pensée stratégique avec la capacité de traduire des idées complexes en messages clairs et engageants.

Excellentes compétences en rédaction, en révision et en narration, sur plusieurs formats et canaux.

Intelligence émotionnelle élevée et grande compréhension organisationnelle; capacité d’influencer et d’établir des relations de confiance.

Maîtrise des outils de communication numériques (intranet, infolettres, vidéo).

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise.

Role Overview

Browns Shoes’ Talent and Culture team is looking for a Manager, Corporate Communications who will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and culture across the organization. This role supports leadership messaging, change communications, and key moments in the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Establish the strategic communications function within the Talent & Culture team, introducing new capabilities to support alignment, employee understanding, and engagement around business priorities and transformation efforts.

Develop and implement a corporate communications roadmap that supports internal alignment with strategic objectives, performance updates, cultural evolution, and organizational change.

Lead internal communications efforts to engage employees and reinforce culture, values, and strategic priorities.

Partner with the Talent & Culture Vice President to support change management, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

Oversee internal messaging, through town halls, executive presentations, intranet content, and internal campaigns.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, crafting and shaping key organizational messages and enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact.

Lead the creation and optimization of high-impact communication tools, channels, and content tailored to diverse audiences across Head Office, stores, and distribution center.

Oversee the development of internal communications, including governance, planning, measurement, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Retail Support teams, to align employer brand messaging and ensure a coherent narrative across all employee touchpoints.

Build and lead a small communications team fostering agility, creativity, and excellence in execution.

Experience

Solid experience in internal communications and employee experience.

Proven experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.

Demonstrated experience in supporting HR and / or organizational transformation initiatives.

Experience with retail and multi-site operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and channels.

High emotional intelligence and organizational savvy; able to influence and build trust.

Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., intranet, newsletters, and video).

Fluency in both French and English is required.
