Job Title: Admin/Reception/Contract Admin

Location: Halifax, NS / Dartmouth, NS / Truro, NS

Work Type: Contract/Temp

Salary: $16.75-$20/hr

What you'll do

  • Enter data
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendor
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated system
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist/office administrator role
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level
