We are looking for a bilingual Technical Support Specialist to become part of a great team based out of a beautiful office in Pickering. This company is an industry leader in commercial, construction and residential equipment.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the relationship between the dealers and the factory - you'll help troubleshoot issues with technicians and coordinate between the factory / suppliers and the dealerships to help resolve all sorts of issues!

To be successful here, you'll need to have experience with the technical aspects of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do here :

• Provide technical support and advice to technicians, field staff, and internal colleagues via phone, email etc.
• Help maintain the system and database with up to date and accurate info
• help identify potential product concerns
• recommend product improvement ideas
• help organize and deliver technical trainings

Qualifications

What will make you successful :

technical experience (diploma, certified technician) within the construction, farm or residential equipment fields

bilingual in english / french (required)

excellent communication skills, written and verbal

computer skills, especially with MS office
