About the Role
Step into a leadership role at Egis Canada as a Construction Contract Administrator where your expertise will drive the success of diverse and challenging infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team youll oversee Construction Inspectors ensuring projects meet contractual safety and quality standards. Your ability to navigate complexities provide solutions and build strong stakeholder relationships will be instrumental in achieving project milestones.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Construction Inspectors providing mentorship and oversight to ensure project goals are met.
- Interpret contract drawings specifications and standards providing guidance to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with project requirements and safety protocols.
- Prepare and manage progress reports payment certifications and claims ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Review and analyze contractor schedules providing insights to keep projects on track.
- Actively resolve challenges recommend mitigation strategies and oversee adjustments to project plans as needed.
- Foster compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across all phases of the project.
- Other duties as assigned.
