Job description

Kelly is hiring!

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an Accounts Receivable Associate in Alymer, ON!

In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll help our client with their Accounts Receivable needs

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system
  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Generate age analysis
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Process adjustments
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Collect data and prepare monthly metrics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
  • Business Degree or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Computer skills (Working knowledge): Microsoft products, Visual Basic, ACH (Automated Clearing House)
  • Demonstrates effective project management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Support Accounts Payable activities as needed

Pay Rate:

  • $60,000 to $70,000
