These responsibilities would include tasks such as the following:

- Onsite and remote support of clients and devices in healthcare facilities
- Deployment of net computer equipment, network devices, printers, iOT devices
- and accessories
- Refresh of currently deployed computers with new hardware
These responsibilities would include tasks such as the following:
- Device imaging and configuration
- Software installation and support
- Information gathering (with clients)
- Troubleshooting
- Physical exchange of devices located under and on client desks
- Accessing or installing devices in confined spaces, on high wall mounts,or on ceiling mounts
- Tracking and reporting of daily work Other duties within skillset as assigned by lead and/or manager
The following requirements must be met:
- IT diploma from a recognized institute
- A satisfactory criminal record check (RCMP)
- An immunization form needs to be completed confirming immunity to the following, or that bloodwork or vaccinations are scheduled or in progress:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (vaccination date)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (vaccination date)
- Varicella (vaccination date, or bloodwork to confirm antibodies that would be present if the person had chicken pox)
