Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in ICI construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites. Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and basic computer skills. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. First Aid, Working at Heights, and other health and safety certifications are considered assets.

Construction Site Supervisor (ICI)
Location : Thunder Bay, ON
Salary : $80k-$120k
Our client is a reputable and leading General Contractor specializing in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction projects across Northwestern Ontario. Their projects range from new builds and major renovations for commercial, healthcare, and institutional clients.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and lead the successful delivery of upcoming ICI projects in the region.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure construction is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed in compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Maintain daily site logs, track progress, and report to the Project Manager.
- Enforce site safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and regulations.
