We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's growing team in Ajax, Ontario. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the organization’s goals. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Administer and coordinate employee training programs to ensure continuous development.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, offers, and new hire orientations.
Investigate, document, and resolve health and safety incidents in compliance with regulations.
Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings and maintain meeting records.
Oversee benefits administration, including health benefits, company events, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications
A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.
