Known for commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join their team. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Summary :
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal productivity, and maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, meet production schedules, and implement strategies for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish operational goals and contribute to achieving company objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Manage and maintain equipment to ensure operational reliability and performance.
