Overview and Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Communications and Marketing provides strategic and operational leadership for all communication and marketing initiatives across internal and external audiences. The role ensures a consistent organizational voice, reinforces SAC’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities, and elevates SAC’s presence as a visible and integrated healthcare leader. The Director is responsible for brand management, digital strategy, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering innovation and excellence in communication and marketing practices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy aligned with SAC’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure impact and effectiveness
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication technologies to integrate best practices and innovative approaches
