Client Support Representative Responsibilities : Interact with potential consumers by educating them on products and services our clients provide Build imperishable relationships with customers with interpersonal skills and overall personability Answer questions regarding services and expand on the benefits of our brand vs. competitors Participate in regular meetings with the Client Support Specialist team to construct strategies for achieving customer acquisition standards and sales goals Attend training sessions on any new products, services, or sales promotions to provide customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information Complete customer's orders efficiently and accurately Client Support Representative Requirements : 0-2 years of experience in a customer-centric role is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent A College Degree is preferred but not required Strong ability to communicate effectively Aptitude for taking on multiple responsibilities with versatility Client Support Representative Incentives : Positive and diverse working culture Opportunities for career advancement Closures on all major holidays Travel opportunities and company events Consistent Schedule and job security Powered by JazzHR
