As such, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. With a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates, the Recruitment Specialist will be trusted to play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the best talent that fits their organizational needs while providing candidates with opportunities that align with their career aspirations.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates;
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events;
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms;
- Screen and conduct preliminary discussions to assess candidate qualifications and fit;
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication;
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful placements; and
- All other duties as required.
As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or a Human Resources support role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are proficient with Google Drive and have experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). You possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational and time management abilities.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail is also desired.
