Your opportunity :
Working under the general direction of the Director, Administration, International Programs, the incumbent is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with the strategic goals, focusing on promoting programs, events, and initiatives. The incumbent will provide expertise on social media trends and platforms to enhance digital communication strategies, monitor and analyze effectiveness and performance, strengthen brand profiles, and advise on marketing best practices to identify opportunities for band-building.
The Communications Officer will build and foster strong relationships with both internaland external stakeholders, key vendors (domestic and international), to ensure effective coordination of marketing activities. The incumbent will be responsible for creating promotional, outreach, and program materials, collaborate with vendors on material creation ensuring that all marketing efforts are efficiently executed and delivered on time.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote programs, events and / or initiatives that support strategic objectives
- Implementing marketing plans to strengthen brand profiles
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Conducting market researchand analysis
- Designing surveys to support the evaluation of strategies and objectives
- Delivering presentations to promote programs, opportunities and / or initiatives
- Producing promotional and outreach materials
- Directing the activities of a single ongoing staff-appointed employee
