The Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions Promotion and Communication team is looking for a Senior Advisor, Promotion and Communication.
Your duties will include :
- Playing an advisory role by analyzing needs and developing innovative promotion and communication strategies.
- Guiding and influencing the various stakeholders towards promotion and communication solutions that meet the sector’s objectives.
- Managing promotion and communication projects involving various people, sometimes even collaborating directly with clients.
- Ensuring the design and deployment of promotion and communication plans, coordinating their implementation and writing engaging communications that capture the interest of external and internal targets.
- Developing print and digital communication tools or optimizing existing ones.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and optimal use of the sector’s various communication channels (email, newsletter, website, etc.).
- Measuring the effectiveness of promotion and communication strategies and making recommendations.
Desired profile :
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the position (communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, etc.)8 years of relevant experienceAdvanced level in French is a strong assetKnowledge of financial products (group insurance and savings products, an asset)Excellent writing skills and creativityAbility to work independently, analytical skills and leadership skillsAbility to manage several projects simultaneously and tight deadlines
