Your New Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our residential real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and efficient property operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the day-to-day management of residential properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repair and maintenance needs.
- Assist in the preparation and management of property budgets and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
- Support leadership in implementing property management policies and procedures.
- A-Z leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy rates.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have 1+ of experience in real estate, Key qualifications include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual proficiency in French and English.
