Position : Property ManagerLocation : MontrealOur client is a well-established company that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of properties, restaurants, and corporate buildings. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their assets from the head office.Responsibilities : - Manage the operations, maintenance, and overall performance of the company's commercial properties.- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and businesses occupying corporate spaces, addressing inquiries and lease-related matters.- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and compliance with safety regulations.- Oversee property budgets, monitor expenses, and work closely with accounting to ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting.- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize occupancy and revenue.- Source and manage external service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality property maintenance.- Ensure all properties adhere to local laws, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.- Identify opportunities for property improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth within the portfolio.Requirements : - Minimum of 5 years in property management, commercial real estate, or mixed-use properties.- A background in real estate, business administration, or property management is an asset.Skills : - Strong knowledge of lease administration and property operations.- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.Please send me your resume chloe.fleurant@quantum.ca if you are qualified and interested in this position.
