Job descriptionGreet and assist customers in selecting the appropriate commercial truck and trailers to meet their business needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product features, specifications, and benefits to provide accurate and thorough information to customers. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Prepare and manage all sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices. Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline the sales process. Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or commercial truck industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
