Role
The commercial Manager is Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering commercial activities of dnata with its customers / potential customers. We expect the incumbent to have deep know-how in commercial procedures specifically in the Airline Catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete Tendering process,
- Create and present proposals for projects both internal and external.
- Responsible for evaluating whether dnata catering will participate within the tender process in conjunction with VP Commercial, General Manager and operational key staff of facility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard product specification and procedures for contract execution.
- Preparation and management of contracts for the execution which includes but not limited to product specifications etc.
- Review, analyze, and prepare comments on contract terms and identify areas of possible risk and opportunity.
- Coordination of legal reviews and management of internal and external legal teams
- Responsible for communication with the customer during the tender process and any changes updates afterwards.
- Ensure compliance with the contract specific requirements.
- Support client and internal reporting
- Maintain and provide updates on contracts once awarded which includes but no limited to cycle changes, customer feedback etc.
- Responsible for recording all necessary commercial changes during meal presentations.
- Coordinating costing and pricing process with the internal departments
- Being the link between the customer and executing facility / entity for all commercial affairs
- Cultivate customer relationships before and after customers sign catering agreement.
- Organize customer visits and meal presentations.
- Discuss and develop all commercial issues during customer agreement terms, communicate and liaise with respective Dnata facility.
- Work closely with procurement department to keep pricing matrixes up to date.
- Work closely with internal managers to make sure seamless communication flow between commercial, production, procurement, and operations department.

Bachelors' degree in Business or equivalent; or 05 years work experience or educational background in food and foodservice industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong project management skillsMust be detail oriented and possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Must be able to travel in continental US and International (If needed)Requirements :
