Job Description :
On behalf of a major hospital in Canada, we are seeking several experienced Registered Nurses to take up full-time positions in Eastern Ontario. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient recovery, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
