Job Type : Contract – Part Time (minimum 2 classes per month)

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our employees at varying levels of English proficiency
Teach English language skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing
Assess employee progress and provide feedback to encourage continuous learning
Maintain accurate attendance records to track the employees participating in the classes
Promote cross-cultural understanding and respect among employees

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, and Skills :

Diploma / Certification showing the necessary qualifications to teach ESL

Ability to teach classes onsite at our facility (Kitchener, ON)

TESL Certification (preferred)

Ability to communicate / translate Tigrinya and Somali languages (beneficial, not a requirement)

Location :

101 Glasgow StKitchener, Ontario

Other Information

Looking to launch this as soon as July 1st if possible.
