They are excited to add a Development Specialist to lead the advancement of their PVC compounds and oversee the entire product development cycle for PVC hose and tubing range . The Development Specialist will shape new product creation and refine manufacturing processes.

Development Specialist responsibilities :

• Drive the development of innovative PVC compound formulations, guaranteeing products meet or exceed quality standards.
• Oversee the development of hose and tubing products, from design to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.
• Optimize PVC compound manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, sales, and marketing, to align product development goals with business objectives.
• Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge and ensure compliance.
