The position works with site operations to identify and manage impacts to zone / RDRHC programs and services with the redevelopment. The position works closely with the clinical teams in all stages of the project, including but not limited to functional programming, design, construction, operational planning and readiness, commissioning, occupancy, and post evaluation. The Clinical Planner is expected to work both independently and in collaboration with other members of the project team to support the goals of the project. The Clinical Planner will need to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, physicians, volunteers, students, patients, families, visitors, and executive leadership within AHS. This position will also liaise with Patient and Family advisors, senior clinical leaders, and other members of the RDRHC operational teams.
