Job Overview : The UAS RN will be responsible for conducting assessments of individuals receiving home care services using the Uniform Assessment System (UAS) tool.
The UAS RN will evaluate the clinical and functional needs of individuals and develop care plans to meet those needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Canadian RN looking to work in NYC and receive TN Visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct UAS assessments and reassessments in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
- Evaluate the clinical and functional needs of individuals and develop comprehensive care plans
- Coordinate care and services with other healthcare professionals and agencies
- Document assessment findings, care plans, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in quality improvement activities and training sessions
Qualifications :
- Valid RN license in the US or eligible for TN Visa sponsorship as a Canadian citizen
- Experience with UAS assessments preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Team player with a positive and compassionate attitude

- Salary : Approximately $90,000 USD annually.
