We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team in Richmond, BC or in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid).
This role will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing new and rehashed applications within a 30-minute turnaround time. Providing the dealers with effective customer service via telephone or email.
Job functions Include but are not limited to :
- Reviews, analyzes, and makes decisions on all credit applications received. Speaks with dealers when more information is required or when the application will be declined or conditioned.
- Performs all investigation needed on credit applications (i.e., pulls bureaus, verifies fraud alerts, contacts banks and other credit institutions) in order to make an informed decision.
- Using a call center telephone system answers all incoming dealer calls and makes outbound calls to the dealers when required.
