Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations. Genuine passion for the medical aesthetics industry. A commitment to long-term growth in the role (3–5 years) with confidence in managing complex relationships with medical professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong business acumen.

- Handle daily operations, resource allocation, and ensure smooth clinic functionality.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold clinic standards.
- Monitor operational accuracy, including invoices, deposits, and financial reports.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Conduct consultations with clients and organize information sessions to enhance patient engagement.
