Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our Metrolinx Key Client within GHD’s Enterprise Client Program. You will represent the client’s voice and play a crucial role in executing client-focused strategies, leading a high-performing Client Engagement team, and delivering personalized experiences and solutions that meet Metrolinx’s vision and objectives. You will connect Metrolinx with GHD’s full breadth of services to meet evolving needs, and success will be measured by client relationships and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Key Account Management : Lead and mentor a high-performing Client Engagement Team to solve the client’s most challenging problems through technical skills, innovative solutions and elevated experiences.
- Client Relationship Development : Develop and implement a Client Interaction Plan for Metrolinx, build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, promote GHD’s capabilities, monitor market trends and regulatory developments, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Strategic Growth Planning : Lead the creation and execution of the yearly Growth Plan for the Metrolinx account (3–5-year horizon), drive financial performance, and monitor data to inform investment decisions.
- Client Account Operations : Develop and implement a key client business plan, manage an opportunities pipeline, and coordinate with delivery teams to guide client preferences during bid and delivery phases. Own the financial performance of the account within the Enterprise Client Program.
- Client Focus : Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s organization to ensure delivery meets needs, act as a client champion, support effective project delivery, and identify growth opportunities.
- Client Experience : Seek client feedback, improve satisfaction, resolve complex issues quickly, and collaborate with teams for effective resolutions.
- Collaboration : Engage with Market Leaders and other Enterprise Relationship Managers to position and win projects; mentor the next generation of Business Development Leads; represent the client at Tender Review Group meetings.
- Diversity of Service Offering : Work with Ontario Region leaders to bring a broad service offering, driving innovation and integration of Digital and Advisory solutions into client account offerings.
- Industry Networking : Represent and promote GHD at events, associations, meetings, conferences and tradeshows.
