Join Our Growing Team in Whitby!

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to be part of an exciting new residential development currently under construction. If you have a passion for building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) with homebuyers to ensure satisfaction at closing.
Coordinate with homeowners and relevant trade partners to schedule and manage post-closing service work.
Organize and schedule service team members to complete tasks inside and outside of occupied homes.
Follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion of required work for homeowners.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure homes are delivered to the highest standards of quality and completion.

Essential Qualifications & Skills :

Knowledge of the residential construction process in Ontario.

Familiarity with the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines.

Eagerness to learn from colleagues and ask relevant questions.

Proficiency in basic Windows-based systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience with Builder Software Tools (BST) or similar applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

Personable, service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

Competence in multi-tasking and prioritizing based on service schedules.

A strong desire to meet the high expectations of homeowners.
