An exciting opportunity is available in the insurance industry for a role that plays a vital part in supporting operations during a peak business season. Based in Waterloo Ontario this role is essential to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in document processing and imaging. With the potential for extension it offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail and collaboration are key to success.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $17.20.
3month contract with the potential for extension.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :
Open prepare and sort all incoming mail for digital imaging and processing.
Analyze document contents to identify the appropriate business unit.
Track specific mail streams and processes using defined methodologies.
Perform highspeed document scanning and manage related equipment.
Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues.
What you will need to succeed :
High school diploma required.
1 to 2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience.
Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing approximately 20 30 lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Familiarity with business unit document types.
Experience operating office equipment and troubleshooting hardware or software issues (1 years).
