Call Center Team Lead – Damage Insurance

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a renowned organization specializing in cost management, claims processing, and medical assistance services.
What is in it for you :
- Annual salary from $63 700 to $71 000 based on your experience and skills.
- Annual performance bonus paid at the end of fall, based on your results and the profitability of the company.
- Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, with the possibility of on-call work or additional shifts as needed.
- Hybrid role requiring 3 days of office presence each week. During the 90-day probationary period, full office presence is required for optimal integration.
- 3 weeks of vacation from the first year.
- Comprehensive benefits available after 90 days, including dental and medical insurance, as well as additional services such as chiropractic care and massages.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with an employer match up to 4% of your salary.
Responsibilities
You play a key role in managing and guiding a team of 15-20 claim evaluators specialized in rental vehicle collision and damage insurance, purchase insurance, and extended warranty protection. You ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the quality and accuracy of services from claim initiation to resolution.
