About the role :
The Executive Assistant's role is to support the Global VP of HR & Learning Development and assist the Human Resources Department as required.
How you will make an impact :
- Report generation and analysis of data related to the business;
- Prepare and modify documents, including confidential correspondence (internal and external), reports, drafts, memos, and emails;
- General clerical duties, including phones, meeting planners, and voice-mail management (including dictations and detailed instructions)
- Support special projects as needed.
