About the Role :

We are currently seeking a seasoned large loss claims Adjuster with extensive fire damage experience with the ability to navigate, settle, and negotiate residential and commercial claims either independently or as a team lead. This position adjusts minimum residential and commercial claim sizes of $500,000. We are specifically seeking candidates with first-party property claims experience with large loss fires and are not open to hiring candidates with only auto / liability / medical / etc adjusting experience at this time.

About the Candidate :

As a Property Claims Adjuster at The Greenspan Co. / Adjusters International, you will serve as the client’s advocate throughout every step of the adjustment process, playing a crucial role in helping them rebuild their lives after devastating events. You are a pro collaborator and can work seamlessly with teams across the organization to successfully settle claims. (You are not expected to do estimating or inventory but familiarity with the process is a must). You bring expertise in generating estimates by leveraging various methods to create accurate assessments. You are detail-obsessed and excel at identifying and resolving discrepancies through data analysis and detailed reporting, always striving to secure client satisfaction. You understand that the technical aspect (optimal settlements) is as important as the emotional aspect (keeping families together; employee and customer retention).
