Job descriptionManage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from inception to completion Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams Mentor, develop and lead a team of Project Managers and technical support staff Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment Support career development and technical growth within the group P.Eng. in the province of Ontario, registered with PEO Minimum of 8-15 years of engineering experience within the consulting engineering sector with a focus on municipal / civil engineering projects such as : Watermains, Pumping Stations, Sewers, Roads etc Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience Technical leader in relevant sector Demonstrated abilities as a team leader, responsible for managing a team of support staff Undertake business development with a desire to do more Understanding of business metrics and company policies and can work with staff to achieve desired outcomes Demonstrated high level of commitment Strong, relevant design and project management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent technical and analytical skills Strong knowledge of appropriate design and analysis software Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines and standards Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Engineering Division Leader – Civil / Infrastructure Engineering – Ontario

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and dedicated Engineering Division Leader (Municipal) to join a highly successful multi-disciplinary engineering group based in the Barrie region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role with a strong focus on business development, project management, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be a progressive, collaborative and energetic professional engineer with at least 8 years of consulting experience, with a strong engineering leadership background in municipal infrastructure projects.
The variety of work available provides an opportunity to advance your skills and practical experience in a collaborative environment. There are shareholder opportunities available with this role and a company focus on professional development with opportunities for growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Identify and pursue project opportunities in both existing and emerging markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business
- Lead proposal development, including work plans, budgets, and schedules
