Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare, and finalize proposals.
Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance
Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
Initiate Full Circle Thinking® and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.
Possess a PE license and will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
Assist in business development for prospective clients.
Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables.
Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges.
