Sr. Project Manager, PE

• Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare, and finalize proposals.
• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance
• Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
• Initiate Full Circle Thinking® and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.
• Possess a PE license and will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
• Assist in business development for prospective clients.
• Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables.
• Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges.
