About the position

Reporting to the Area Director acts as an integral member of the Kids & Company team who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific childcare center through the conscientious application of Kids & Company standards to achieve our mission statement : to provide quality primary and backup childcare services conveniently located near our children’s parent’s place of work. We aim to assist corporations in creating a healthy work / life balance.

• Responsible for the overall operation of the child care centre, which includes staffing, parent tours / orientation, communication with head office and care of all children
• Managing the enrollment projections of the centre
• Mentoring, motivating, and providing guidance and discipline when required.
• Maintaining positive community relations
• Manages parent concerns and responds to parent questions
• Administrative duties
