About Sadie
Sadie is transforming how restaurants engage with their customers using AI-powered voice technology. Our intelligent voice agent, Sadie, answers phone calls 24 / 7 to take bookings, manage reservations, answer FAQs, promote specials, and drive upsells—all without putting pressure on front‑of‑house staff. Sadie integrates with the world’s leading booking engines and POS systems to deliver a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency.
We’re live in over 1,000 restaurants across Canada, the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, and we’re just getting started.
CEO Role Overview
Backed by Valsoft, Sadie is Valsoft’s largest AI venture to date and is scaling rapidly. We are seeking a CEO with a true entrepreneurial mindset — someone driven and energized by the challenge of building and growing a business in a fast‑evolving market. This is not a role for maintenance or incremental growth. It is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑potential business, make decisive strategic moves, and lead the next phase of expansion by shaping the culture, product, and long‑term vision.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on executional grit and strong commercial instincts. They know how to create momentum, iterate quickly, and build and lead a high‑performing team to drive results. This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the trajectory of an emerging AI leader and establish Sadie as the global standard in restaurant voice technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue to drive ARR growth through strategic sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain a strong focus on GTM, sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Continuously assess market trends and partner closely with the team to continually refine Sadie’s capabilities and ensure the platform evolves with customer needs.
- Ensure systems, processes, and infrastructure are scalable to support sustainable growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships to accelerate revenue growth.
- Manage the P&L, as well as implement KPIs to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary liaison with Valsoft’s executive leadership, providing updates on performance, strategy, and key milestones.
- Champion core team members to adopt a customer‑first mindset, and prioritize innovation and impact.
